Likes the story. They’ve switched their contract and he feels the company came out very well in the negotiations. They moved from a spread over costs which Air Canada (AC-T) used to pay, to a fixed price contract, which is very good for this company. Over the duration of the 10 years that the contract was reset for, the dividend is sustainable.
